- 用於肝胃氣痛症。玫瑰花芳香疏泄，有疏肝解鬱，醒脾和胃，行氣止痛之功。用治肝鬱犯胃之胸脅脘腹脹痛、嘔惡食少，可與香附、佛手、砂仁等同用。
- 用於月經不調、經前乳房脹痛、跌打傷痛。玫瑰花能行氣解鬱以調經，活血散瘀以止痛。治肝氣鬱滯之月經不調、經前乳房脹痛，可與當歸、川芎、白芍等同用。治跌打傷痛，多與赤芍、桃仁、花紅等同用。
