How reward points work

Through the loyalty program, you can:

2.accumulate the points over time

3.exchange these points for goods or services at a later date

Every dollar you spent, will become 1-dollar RenDe Point.

How can you redeem points?

1. Once you log into My Account, you can see your current point.
2. Choose your Rewards. Our website features a wide range of exciting Rewards including: Acupuncture needles, cupping set, Gua Sha tools, Moxa, and more.
3. Click or call. Follow the instructions on our website to complete your redemption. Alternatively, you may call us at 905-606-0222.

4.Please note, You’ll need to create a separate order to redeem your point.

Termination. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing the other party with written notice. Such termination will become effective at the end of the calendar month in which such notice is provided.

 

Immediate Termination. This agreement terminates immediately upon the occurrence of any of the following:

 

(1) the customer fails to make any payment as required, or such payment is returned or cancelled; 

 

(2) the customer breaches any of the terms of this agreement and fails to immediately remedy such breach upon receiving written notice; or 

 

(3) the customer declares bankruptcy or makes an assignment for the benefit of its creditors generally.

 

Delivery:

We can only deliver the products you redeem attached to your new order. There might be an extra shipping fee applied. 

There’s no return or exchange accepted once the products are shipped.
